Jayden Wilkinson and his mum Donna from Rochester were announced as the winners with their well-documented efforts to stay healthy
Over the summer the fruit and veg gang from A Better Medway asked families to explore a new challenge each week to help them become happier and healthier while keeping a record of their activities.
Families kept track of how they had been getting their five a day, being active, looking at portion sizes and looking after their teeth.
After some difficult judging, five-year-old Jayden Wilkinson and his mum Donna from Rochester were announced as the winners with their well-documented efforts to stay healthy.
Jayden was awarded a bike, a scooter, helmet and pads and a swing ball for his efforts.
Mum Donna said: "Jayden and I worked on each of the challenge areas over the summer and we still stick to them now - thanks to the challenge we're much healthier.
"The activities at the children's centre were great fun too, like playing healthy pizzas.
"We really enjoyed ourselves.
"It's great to have won the challenge and I can't wait to see Jayden using his new bike, especially as he'd out-grown his old one."
