Kent Police appeal for information over possible Strood kidnapping.
An investigation was begun by officers when a caller stated seeing someone, maybe a youth, being put into a car, possibly against their will.
DCI Jon Clayden said: 'We are keen to hear from anyone who can help us with this investigation. We have not had any reports of missing people and we are keen to hear from any parents who may have found their teenager late at night in the Strood area and taken them home.
Clearly this is a concerning incident and we are keen to find out exactly what has occurred. We are now in the process of examining CCTV and are following-up on a number of lines of enquiry."
