Today I had a navel piercing. The staff were friendly and made me feel calm and relaxed. The salon was clean and spotless and the service provided was very professional. The actual piercing was quick and painless. Every step was explained and then the aftercare advice was given. We stayed for coffee and cakes and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a navel piercing.

I had my naval pierced here and it was absoloutely amazing! Anita was my piercer and she done it very well very quick an I am highly impressed with te hygiene standards! I am also impressed with the fact that she is bringing me back next week for a check up which I have never seen happen in any other piercing studio! Very caring an lovely people! Will definitely go back there again!

So impressed with body piercing!
My niece had her navel pierced yesterday. The girl who carries out the piercings is very knowledgeable and the procedure is more hygienic than most other places around. Was worried as my niece does not like pain but she said on a a scale of 1 to 10, it was only 2. Coffees are good too!

fab shop, brilliant staff and amaizing cake!
I love this shop, it has everything you need from cupcakes and gifts, to body piercin and caffine! Anna, Anita, Jody, Mitch and Lynn all bring thier own bit of sparkle to the shop, and are a great team! Well worth a visit!

Super SERENDIPITY!
Absolutely love this shop, everyone is so friendly and helpful, my daughter has had many piercings here and each one has been done with the utmost professionalism!
I am appalled at the comment about The 'old lady with pink hair' from 'Sarahmills21' how very rude! this lady is most certainly NOT over the hill, she is a lovely lady who makes all the scrumptious cup cakes and home made goodies and is also a professional piercer too!
How very narrow minded of this girl to bring age into the comment, what on earth does this have to do with how well someone can pierce?? I would not take my daughter anywhere else and I would recommend this shop (as well as the lovely young lady with pink hair!) Go and visit it if you are in Rochester, you won't regret it and you won't leave without a cup cake or two either!!By xtraceyx23 at 18:33 on 06/05/12

Actually really liked the look of this shop untill I met the old lady with pink hair and attitude! I had a piercing done and it was the most painful unpleasent expeirence i have ever had! This woukd have been my 19th piercing so im not exactly a wimp, AVOID THIS PIERCING STUDIO!!!! There should be some kind of age limit when people have to stop piercing, because this lady is well past it!

Jewellery, piercing, coffee and cake under one roof!
What more could a girl want? One of the newest additions to the high street, Serendipity also sells lots of little trinkets and gifts, so if you fancy a piercing but have gifts to get and only 'high tea time' to get them, you can do it all in one go!
