I recommend these cakes and if you dont like them I will refund you the money myself. (only joking) I ordered last christmas the ginger bread house and they where amazing, tasted great and lasted ages. I also attended the opening day which created a great buzz, the atmosphere was excellent along with the cakes. This shop is a family run buiness and the owners should be proud to do this at a time when the economy is so bleek.

We stopped off here yesterday whilst visiting friends and the cupcakes we had (it was quite a choice to make) were delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating with my kids. All in all a brilliant little shop, I can't praise it enough. Go there and treat yourself!
I travelled from London and very mile was well worth driving. The shop is just as fantastic as the cupcakes, the decor is amazing and the atmosphere is so warming. I was spoilt for choice with all the different flavours and was able to indulge in all as the prices are as good as the cakes.
Jo has made me cupcakes for different occasions and I have always been pleased, I will definitely be back for more!!!!!!.

I love coming here with my daughter. She loves all the flavours and the pink decor. We first came across these lovely cakes at the dockside outlet centre in Chatham and attended the grand opening which was excellent. There are so many different choices that change regularly and I need no excuse to try a new flavour. The prices are very reasonable and I have no problem in recommending this place as a great place to come for a little treat or down time with a coffee and cake with the kids or friends.

I became addicted to The Cupcake Sanctuarys cupcakes when I first tried a couple of Chocolate Goo cakes from the kiosk at The Dockside Outlet, this became a regular occurance as I felt I had to try the other flavours. I recently visited the Cupcake Sanctuary in Rochester with my sister for a coffee and a cupcake. The service was friendly, relaxed and I felt like I could stay all day sampling cupcakes and drinking coffee, the prices were very reasonable too! It is the perfect place for a girly catch-up as the fab decor is very pink! I will definitely be going back soon as the best thing about the Cupcake Sanctuary is that there is always a new flavour to try and they are always so tasty!
It would be very easy for me to tell you all what an amazing talent Jo has for designing, baking and selling. As her Husband though I should leave that to others, her customers. What I will say is that the hard work and detrmination Jo is putting into trying to transform that High Street between Rochester and Chatham , which seems to be a forgotten zone, is incredible and I would like to wish her and all other local businesses every success. I am very proud of what's been acheived so far and I very much look forward to the future.
