Annual Heritage Weekend at St.Margaret’s Church

The parish of Rochester welcomes you to St Margarets Church & Tower, which will be open to explore and climb during the Annual Heritage Weekend.

On Saturday 11th September between 9am to 5pm and Sunday 12th from noon to 5pm, join in the celebrations and discover the history of the building. You can see the tower renovations, together with an overview of what happens in the Parish. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the High Street, and climb the tower to see some of the finest views, although this is subject to the weather.

You can picnic in the open space of the Churchyard, enjoying the river views and refreshments are available all day. Admission is free!
