Hello everyone, my husband is opening a gym in the old Spemco building. It is £28 a month unlimited, the opening is 9am-9pm mon-fri. 10am-4pm sat-sun. We have lots of weight machines and it boast's over 2 tonne of plate weights. The official opening is 19th April, but you are welcome to come and have a look for yourself.

Hi Lisa, I work for The Friends of the Wisdom Hospice, Rochester and was wondering if your husband would like a charity box for the reception counter for the Gym. I know thsi sounds bad considering I grew up in the Medway Towns and work here but I don't actually know what or where the Spemco building is could you elaborate?

Hello Emma, we are opposite yum Yums. Or 1 shop away from the ship pub. We are on the first floor, there are some metal stairs at the side of the building. We are just in there. We do not mind putting a charity box in the gym, just come in and see us. Lisa
