There is an exploration of Strood starting at 2.15pm from the junction of High Street and Canal Road on Thursday 18th August. This will last around 90 minutes and follow a route along the High Street, Gun Lane, Frindsbury Road, Church Green and Canal Road, with donations going to the Friends of Broomhill.
On Friday 19th, take a look at Rochester through the eyes of England's greatest novelist, starting from the Visitor Centre at 2.15pm, again for 90 minutes and with the proceeds going to the Dickens Chalet appeal.
A Riverside Ramble from Rochester to Wouldham (returning by bus) with donations to Protect Kent will get underway at 10am on Saturday 20th from Rochester Pier Esplanade and will take approximately 2 hours.
The walks will likely involve some hilly and/or uneven ground so sensible footwear is recommended. Donations of £1 per walk are invited and pre booking is essential on 01634 320598 or 01634 721886.
