Military Wives choir to perform with Royal Anglian Regiment band in Medway

A CHOIR of military wives are set to perform in Medway this weekend.

A specially selected regional choir of military wives are due to appear along with The Royal Anglian Regiment band at Chatham's Central Theatre on Saturday (23 February) at 7.30pm.
BBC TV and radio host Howard Leader will compere the show, which will also feature bhangra dancers.
There are approximately 75 Military Wives choirs throughout the UK, Germany, Cyprus and the Falklands which are either established or being developed under the guidance of The Military Wives Foundation.
Representatives of The Military Wives choir have released two number 1 albums, a number one Christmas single and appeared at numerous occasions including the opening of the 2012 Olympic stadium.
They also contributed to the Gary Barlow and Andrew Lloyd Webber's track 'Sing', which marked the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
