Visitors to the FireFit event in Watling Street, Gillingham, will be able to test out the training equipment used by fire officers to keep fit.
There will also be the chance to test the speed of running out the fire hoses and reeling them in, feeling the weight of fire gear, breathing apparatus and performing exercises that simulate fire fighting.
Families are invited to join in the event and Zumba classes will also be running during the day.
Members of the public are invited to attend the event from 11am to 3pm on Sunday 6 January.
The events are part of KFRS's FireFit programme, which has been held across the county with audiences of different ages.
KFRS head of community safety, Stuart Skilton explains: "FireFit involves firefighters using their role to lead and encourage communities through a variety of sporting and fitness initiatives.
"With events like this, we hope to inspire an improvement in health and wellbeing in collaboration with local communities and partner organisations."
