The ballot, organised by Visit Kent, received more than 47,000 entries for free tickets in just five days after going live on Monday 28 January.
A total of 17,000 tickets to more than 100 visitor destinations across the county were up for grabs when the ballot opened.
Medway attractions opening their doors to My Kent Big Weekend ticketholders on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March include Rochester Cathedral and Dickens World, as well as The Historic Dockyard and Diggerland.
Chief executive at Visit Kent, Sandra Matthews-Marsh, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer even more free tickets for My Kent Big Weekend 2013 to appeal to an even wider range of tastes.
"Our ballot system means that no tickets are allocated until after the website closes.
"So it does not matter if you are one of the first or last to submit your applications for tickets to a great day out over the My Kent Big Weekend on March 23 and 24."
Two free tickets are available per household. To enter the ballot, go to My Kent Big Weekend. The website will remain open for applications until midnight on Monday 18 February.
